[NMLUG] Debian: Starting from scratch....sorta

Use 'dpkg --purge package-name' to remove all config files related to
that package (easier than manually removing). Although you may need to
manually remove whatever --purge did not (it will tell you). Also,
'dpkg-reconfigure package-name' will reconfigure, asking you those
original Q's.
