That would be sensible, and we already make good use of clamav,
spamassassin, procmail for that purpose.
The idea here is "Oh hell, how did 454 users get this stupid piece of
email?" or sometimes "Oh, Tech people - I have just sent an email to
everyone that I reall need retracted NOW".
