I pay less than that (w/SWCP). more like $56.
I get a static-IP and run my own mail service.
(all the mail accounts I can eat)
SWCP does MX for me.
I've been with SWCP a Looooong time... perhaps I'm getting
a sweetheart deal.

I feel better about my $11 premium to SWCP now.

If Qwest MSN supports pop or imap, no problem.
I use Evolution with Yahoo Business... an authenticated IMAP connection.
I have heard rumors about some OSS speaking exchange, but don't
know its maturity.
